This is a week of walking in the south of the Cairngorms National Park, centred in the Braemar area. The area has access to many Munros on the southern edge of the Cairngorms plateau. Accommodation for the week is at Mar Lodge which was built as a Victorian hunting lodge. It is situated on the Mar Lodge Estate which occupies nearly 7% of the Cairngorms National Park and covers some of the most remote and scenic wild land in Scotland, including four of the five highest mountains in the UK. We have the large luxurious Bynack apartment which sleeps 16 in eight bedrooms. Facilities include kitchen, large dining/lounge area and 5 bathrooms.

The deposit of £270 covers the full cost of the accommodation. Other costs will include food, transport to Scotland, and share of car hire by non-car owners (applicants needing a lift will be allocated to a hire car).
