About the event
This year's Ibex AGM is being held at The Old King's Head, King's Head Yard, Borough High Street, SE1 1NA on Saturday 31st October (do not confuse it with the club night pub The King's Head in Westmoreland Street) .
The AGM will take place at 17:00 in the upstairs function room of the pub with preceedings from 16:00. There will be a free drink after the meeting and food will be served at 19:30.
This is an opportunity for you to hear how the club has been performing over the last year, to ask questions, raise any concerns, and to shape the club in the future - discussions on any topic are welcomed!

The timetable for the event is as follows:
16:00 - 17:00: Arrive at the pub
17:00 - 19:00: AGM (reports from committee and discussions)
19:00: Free drink for all attendees
19:30: Food for those who have pre-ordered + social
22:00: Depart
Food Orders
1. Decide what you would like to eat using the menus below.
2. Email David Watts using president@ibexhillwalkingclub.org.uk with your choices and your phone number.
3. David Watts will WhatsApp/text you his bank details.
4. Make a payment for your food choices (non-refundable if you do not turn up unless food can be cancelled with pub).
5. Notify David Watts that you have made a payment.
Food orders are required by 26th September so that the pub can be notified in good time.
