This walk follows some greener parts of the Green Chain Walk in south-east London. We’ll start in Erith and make our way to Charlton Village, passing through Lesnes Abbey Wood, where we should see a daffodil carpet. Then on up Shooters Hill, Oxleas Wood (cafe stop), Severndroog Castle and finally Charlton House, with nearby pub options in Charlton Village.
Day walks are open to Club Members and Prospective Members alike. There is no charge for attending, but you do need to book with the organiser via the website.
