Join Phinella for a circular walk into the woods of the National Trust-owned Ashridge Estate, up to the prominent Ivinghoe Beacon, across to neo-Gothic Ashridge College and back via the quaint (and much televised) village of Aldbury. Refreshments are available outside the Visitors Centre at Ivinghoe and there are several lovely pubs in Aldbury. This area is gorgeous during the autumn as the beech woods turn all shades of colour.
Day walks are open to Club Members and Prospective Members alike. There is no charge for attending, but you do need to book with the organiser via the website.
Full joining instructions will be emailed to participants by the organiser after the booking deadline (Thursday 19th November 11pm)
