About the event
Come along to catch up with other Ibexers with an evening stroll in London. We shall start at Surrey Quays (outside The Surrey Docks Wetherspoon pub) and head towards the Thames path via Russia Dock Woodland. The Thames path then takes us to the Anchor Tap pub at Tower Bridge. The distance is 5.5 km/3.5 miles.
The walk starts at 19:15 outside The Surrey Docks pub. If you would like to eat at the pub beforehand, please arrive around 18:00 and order your own food (contact David on 07976 358 742 if you need to find us in the pub). Nearest tube is Canada Water (10 minutes walk to pub); nearest overground is Surrey Quays (Windrush line).
Prospective members are very welcome to attend - it's an ideal opportunity to meet Ibex members and to ask any questions. No booking required, just turn up.
